If the measured number is an even, add 4 with it. If it is an odd, add 5 with it. Your bra band size is the sum of this calculation.So, if you measure 30 inches (body size), your bra band size is 34. If you measure 31 inches, your bra band size is 36.

How to determine the size of the Cup?

The formula is:

Upper bust size - Under bust size =4 inches=A cup

=5 inches= B cup

=6 inches= C cup

=7 inches= D cup

=8 inches= E cup

=9 inches= F cup

...........increase by 1 inch as an interval of the cup.

Bust: Wrap a measuring tape around your body at the fullest part of your bust. Be sure the tape is flat against your body and parallel to the floor.
Waist: Wrap the tape around your body at the smallest part of your waist.
Hip: Wrap a measuring tape around your body at the fullest part of your bottom. 

How can I know my measurement?

For your waist measurement, please take a tape measure and place it around your waist, going over your belly button. The tape should not be too tight or too loose, tighten it firmly and see the number determined by the tape. That will be your waist measurement. And for your hips measurement, take the tape measure and place it around your hips (in its most prominent part). The tape should not be too loose or too tight. The number that determines the tape is the number of your hip measurement. 

Our shapewear will mold to your body, so we recommend selecting a shaper based on your current size. Remember that our shapewear can make you look up to 2 dress sizes smaller instantly, depending on the compression level – but it shouldn't cause discomfort.

You can check our size chart for a quick glance at recommended measurements. We recommend you go up a size if you experience numbness in the legs, shortness of break, sharp stomach pains or pinching.

No, a smaller size won't fit right and may be painful – ouch! Shapewear comes in different levels of control: minimal control, slight control, moderate control, strong control, and maximum control. Instead of going down a size, go up a control level. This will ensure your shapewear provides the support you need and stays comfortable too.
