WE OFFER A 60-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURN. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags.. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • We cannot accept off-line return. Please email to our customer care team first.
  • For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. email to: support@utoyup.com
  • Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You have 24 hours to request a cancellation after placing the order.
Our warehouse team works on orders the moment they get in. After this 24 hour window the order can not be intercepted anymore.
In order to cancel/change your order reach out to: support@utoyup.com and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

If your request to cancel the order is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

When returning any part of your order, please email to our customer care team support@utoyup.com and inform us with your order id and the reason why you want to return. Our customer service team will receive your request and will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-3 business days.

To return an item, please first contact our customer service team by sending an email to support@utoyup.com for a return address.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@utoyup.com

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $79, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
